Does not come with a doll stand, is meant to sit down (the stand I used for photos dit not feel stable). Also looks great on the edge of a shelf or bench with bent knees.
 
All clay parts are made of white clay, painted with acrylic paint and sprayed with a matte varnish for extra protection. Be aware that paint could still scratch off it it comes in contact with a sharp object or rough surface.
 
The fingers have metal wire in them, so won't break easily. The clothing cannot come off, but the mustcahe is detachable because of magnets. Made with synthetic materials. Fabrics and faux fur used for these dolls was obtained secondhand, we love that for our planet.
